The office staff is so unprofessional so ugly so rude so juvenile the way they treat their future or potential clients at this facility the girl in the front desk pretty much laughed at me when I told her I was there for an appointment because she said she was closing and didn't have time for that to say the least I am very disappointed in such a embarrassing situation not on my end but on their end because that's who represents this company that's the face of the company and when she called her supervisor over her supervisor was like oh honey the physicians gone already and has been for 10 minutes. Excuse me but I'm not your honey and act more professional. This is a disgrace of a place. I would never recommend this to anyone coming here. I came on my lunch break for nothing just to be turned away and laughed at

I have been waiting for my medicine after 2-3 weeks nothing at cvs. Answering service is absolutely no help.

Second visit and my medicine was still not sent to CVS. It's frustrating because I have to miss school and my Mom misses work.

I didn’t get the call, I took time out of work to receive his call. But he never called. I then stayed late at work to make up my time and missed his call at 5:24p….. not happy.

I try to book appointments early for this exact reason. Got rescheduled to a later time. Wait in the lobby was a little long but I knew it’s was very busy. Got pulled into the room to wait close to an hour. After stating my room number to the front office & mentioning the time I was waiting in there; they finally saw me. No complaints over staff just bummed over wait time

Dr. Blackmon has been very compassionate and understanding, especially during my postpartum journey. Sometimes, it can seem like after baby, mom's take the backseat as far as healing, but Dr. Blackmon has taken the time to listen to concerns and help find solutions to any issues that have come to light. I highly recommend his care to anyone who is in need of outstanding patient care!

What a nightmare experience. This is my first child and I’m sad that this is what I went through for my first. The wait time was absolutely insane, resulting in taking more time off of work that I don’t have. I overpaid (which seems to be a common issue here) and they are avoiding me at every turn to reimburse me. They are very aware of this and admitted it, but have 0 intention of paying me back. My close friend is dealing with the same issue. It’s just wrong. Excuses for everything and not an ounce of accountability at this establishment. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. My new OB office is amazing and switching was the best decision I could’ve made.

Dr. Blackmon is amazing & cares about his patients. I love that he explained everything to me in detail about my surgery. I felt as ease & trusted him. Thank for everything...he's the best & I would truly recommend him to everyone.

I came to this doctor's office because it was much closer to where I live than the previous dr's office I was going to. Unfortunately every time I came to this office for an appointment the wait times are very long, over an hour wait. And I was not always seen by a provider or the same provider. This office struggles with being transparent about a lot of things like when scheduling a procedure for miscarriage or the fact that they over book people to be seen. My most recent appt, I was asked if I was a new patient, which I wasn't and then I was told by the girl at the front desk that I made an appt online which I didn't. This office also does not answer calls directly, you have to leave a message and the office will contact you back at a later time. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to do so if it is to save one person the trouble, time, and even stress this office causes. If this means you need to drive to a different doctor's office, then please do.

Everyone there is very sweet and is ready to assist. The doctor is great very welcoming and ready to assist. Listens to any issues or concerns you may have with open ears just a great experience overall
