As a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Victoria is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers individuals throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond. She believes every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported, and she strives to create a collaborative environment where informed decision-making and personalized care are at the center of every visit.

Before earning her DNP from Baylor University and becoming a nurse-midwife, Victoria spent five years as a labor and delivery nurse caring for high-risk obstetric patients and their babies.This experience provided her with extensive clinical expertise in managing complex pregnancies and births while reinforcing the importance of compassionate, patient-centered care during some of life's most meaningful moments. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams in high-acuity settings strengthened her ability to advocate for her patients, remain calm under pressure, and provide safe, evidence-based care.

She combines her advanced education with her experience caring for both high-risk and low-risk patients to provide comprehensive midwifery care. Passionate about supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and gynecologic care, Victoria is dedicated to fostering trusting relationships and helping patients feel confident, informed, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.
